Kenford Peli is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse career spanning retail management, entertainment, and technology. He began his career in retail, overseeing high-profile stores for Duane Reade/Walgreens Pharmacy in New York City. During his tenure, he achieved over $17 million in total sales while managing, coaching, and developing top talent.

Leveraging his strong managerial background, Kenford Peli transitioned to the entertainment industry, where he quickly established himself as a prominent figure. He began as a DJ and club promoter before becoming a seasoned artist manager. Peli worked with renowned artists such as Alicia Keys, Wyclef Jean, Mario, Richie Branson, Bone, K’Jon and Shells, among others, and currently Co-manages multi-platinum hip hop legend Chip-Fu best known as one-third of the iconic 90’s trio Fu-Schnickens.

In 2011, Kenford Peli founded The Peli Firm, a family-run business consultancy specializing in artist business management, business registration, consulting, management support, bookkeeping, accounting, business compliance, and taxation. The firm has grown significantly, serving over 600 personal tax clients and 100 business accounting/tax clients.

Peli’s passion for entertainment extended beyond artist management. He partnered with key industry professionals to form OG Interactive, LLC, a tech company that was subsequently acquired by CoExist Gaming. The company developed the mobile game “Get the Bag,” featuring reality star Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander, and is actively planning to release apps on various platforms globally.

Additionally, Kenford Peli collaborated with music executive Mike Baro to produce the docu-series “Word of Mouth,” which garnered several film festival awards in 2023 and 2024. These partnerships have allowed Kenford Peli to build strong relationships within the industry and secure valuable opportunities for his clients.

After ten years as a Vice President within Mortgages of the Bear Stearns Companies, Ms. Medas brings to the firm expertise in organizational management, human resources, compensation budgeting, business registration, policies and procedures. While at Bear Stearns she was inspired her to start her own business and became an entrepreneur in 1999 with the opening of Mon Petit Coeur, a custom children’s apparel business. Upon leaving Bear Stearns in 2007, Ms. Medas was motivated to share her corporate experience and became a consultant to small businesses and non-profits. Her non-profit consulting with educational, faith-based and horticultural organizations provided Ms. Medas with the expertise in program management and development, which she brings to The Peli Firm.

Over the past seven years working with the firm, her responsibilities have allowed her to build a network as well as amass resources to assist from the micro-entrepreneur to the seasoned business owner with their business needs. Expanding the reach of the firm, identifying opportunities to further develop its business concept when offering our services as well as providing exceptional business services to its clients will continue to be a priority.

Mr. Peli has a professional career with over three decades of taxation expertise. He is responsible for developing financial and tax strategies, managing capital, budgeting processes, and debt financing. Also, he is a Legal and Compliance Manager and offers Business Incorporation Services to for-profits and non-profit ventures. Currently, he manages all accounting services, accounting technology, and payroll services, while overseeing special projects, consultants, and new ventures (domestic and international).
